A new two-story office building of approximately 7,850 total sq. ft. with a planned expansion option of an additional 5,600 sq. ft. Construction materials are concrete tilt-wall and Class B steel frame structure on an engineered foundation, and commercial/administrative level office interiors. Site development included the new Administration Building while making provisions for a future Maintenance/Shop facility.
