A new home for the local Swagelok distributor. This 10,000 sq. ft. facility will allow for much needed expansion areas of office space as well as light industrial fabrication and storage. Improvements in the workplace environment along with the need for better work flow and function among departments were key to the Owner, and successfully implemented in the design of this new facility.

Initial design concepts pointed toward utilizing the economies of a pre-engineered structure but yielding a more creative and significant appearance than typical metal building assemblies.
