Expansion and renovation of the City’s former Fire Station and Municipal Court Facility to include approximately 8,900 sq. ft. of new construction and 5,800 sq. ft. of renovation. Scope of work includes a new and larger and more functional municipal court, court clerk offices, and an enhanced second level Emergency Operations Center.
