New pre-engineered metal building of approximately 14,376 SF to serve as the new corporate office for Marquis Construction located in Brazoria County. Project also includes development of site access to currently planned and future buildings; laydown space; an expanded detention pond that may also serve as a permanent water feature; a new TxDOT approved entrance; parking and vehicular access.
