Expansion of approximately 6,700 SF to create children’s classrooms and toilets; and approximately 2,300 SF of flat work including a new outdoor Baptistery area, adjacent to a new patio area that is also integrated into a pathway leading to a new open outdoor structure near the existing detention pond, which will serve as a small venue for outdoor events and a reflection area. Also provide new HVAC systems that will tie into the existing electrical service and serve these newly created spaces.
