A single story, 26,000 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) facility to serve as the new Alvin Annex Building for Brazoria County. The new facility will include areas for (2) Justice of the Peace courts with supporting clerks, (2) Constable areas, Brazoria County Health and WIC offices, and a tax office.
